What programmes do you need to study?
Mandatorily, these must be full-time bachelor's degree programmes, specialist programmes, master's degree programmes, residency programmes, assistantship-internship programmes that have state accreditation, or programmes for the training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel in postgraduate studies (adjuncture).

Is it possible to apply for a residence permit in the Russian Federation after receiving a temporary residence permit?
After graduation, a foreign citizen, who has obtained a temporary residence permit during the period of study, can apply for an indefinite residence permit. This can be done within 3 years after graduation without re-issuing a residence permit.
