The situation with coronavirus, to be exact, closing borders, termination of issuing visas, as well as calling the period from March 30th to April 30th a non-working period, caused a whole set of questions, as for foreign nationals, as for employers. Below you can find information regarding main questions and a list of services which we can render to you within the framework of settling troublesome situations:
Submitting notifications on conclusion/termination of labor contracts
Despite the fact that notifications on conclusion/termination of labor contracts employers must submit within 3 working days from the date of conclusion/termination, and the period from March 30th till April 30th is officially called as not working, we would like to draw your attention that state bodies, especially migration bodies and the Post of Russia do work. In view of this the decision to submit a notification at the end of the non-working period or use services of the Post of Russia and submit it now — is up to an employer.
As far as we are concerned, we ready to give you all necessary assistance in terms of submitting notification as by post, as by a courier through multifunctional migration centers of Moscow and the Moscow region.
Salary notifications for highly qualified employees
The norm of law prescribes an employer to submit such a notification till the last working day of the month following the end of the quarter. As the whole April is announced as a non-working period, there arises a collision situation: to submit the notification now or submit it by the end of the non-working period. The solution of this issue is up to the employer. However, we insistently recommend doing it now. It is due to the fact that migration authorities do receive such notifications.
Notifications cab be sent by the Post of Russia or submitted by a courier to the multi-functional migration center. Our company renders this service in full volume.
The given service is rendered in full volume regarding those foreign nationals who stay in the RF legally.
